* If you are accepted, we will notify you informally after the interview.
* Official Notification prior to May 1, 2012.

4. Attach a short essay (100 typed words or less) on "Why I would be a good candidate for the OSSM Shawnee Regional Center."
5.Letters of Recommendation:
